S corporations termination

The termination of the S corporations may be voluntary and involuntary.


Voluntary by revocation

More than one-half of shares must consent to revocation.


Involuntary terminated 

An election of an S corporation shall be terminated whenever such corporation ceases to be a small business corporation.
